The Roommate Refresh service is specially designed for NYC Apartment Living. We understand the struggle of not having full control of the cleanliness of your space. Whether you are a group with short-term flatmates or you're a group of best friends on the verge of breaking up over dirty laundry, we are here to help.

We are here to deep-clean your space and help you assess what you want to keep, give away, and throw away. Before each session, we ask that you complete a form sharing details about your lifestyle that will help us assess what you want to keep and what you might want to let go of. At ORYN, we believe in salvaging items that might bring joy to others! We strive to reduce waste by being intentional with what we put in the trash. Any items we believe could be salvaged will be saved for you to go through at the end of our session. Whatever you do not want, we will take and find new homes for them!

Standard Residential Deep Clean

Every residential clean is a deep clean. We will get all of the dirt and dust out of the corners of your home. We will help you to sort and organize your belongings, rediscover your treasures, and let go of what you no longer need. We will remove salvageable items to find them new homes, as well as trash removal, which is included in the service.
